<p>Try boxing. You&#8217;re not trying to be a pro, but you do want to have a dynamic, interesting workout.</p>
<p>Step one, pick up a <a href="http://www.boxingdepot.com/punchingbag.html">punching bag </a> for just starting out get a bag between 50 and 80lbs. You want a bag that will move, it helps your footwork and cardio.</p>
<p>Step two, pick up <a href="http://www.zengu.com/wholesale-boxing-gloves.html">boxing gloves</a>  don&#8217;t use, big, pillowy gloves. Get solid, 12 - 14oz gloves with good wrist support.</p>
<p>Step three, time three 60 second round with a 60 second break. Hit the bag 1-3 times, then move. Go all out for 60 seconds.</p>
<p>Step four, in between rounds rest for 60 seconds</p>
<p>And then, increase the number of rounds and length of rounds. If you can do 10, 2 minute rounds, work harder during the rounds. Punch like yoru hitting someone who is trying to hit you back.</p>
