Aside from jogging, you can also walk. Walking burns good calories and you can do it with a treadmill inside your room or you can work around the house. You can place the treadmill in front of the television and watch your favorite TV show while exercising. You can even use water bottles filled with liquid as dumbbells and walk around carrying them to add more resistance to your work out.
Do all of these exercises daily and then increase the repetitions, time and intensity of your work out as time passes by. Once you have gotten into the habit of exercising, you can have a daily exercise hour where you can combine different types of exercises for a full body work-out.
Aside from walking on the treadmill, you can do lateral arm raises for about 20 minutes and then do several push-ups to develop the chest and the arms. After that you can do lounges and leg lifts to exercise the other parts of the legs. These exercises will help develop your muscles and help in giving you a toned body.
